Our new remote maintenance service is now available with immediate effect for Raziol lubricating systems. This means that, from now on, maintenance work or minor repairs to our Raziol lubricating systems can also be realised online. In addition to saving time, this also reduces the costs associated with on-site service assignments.

And here’s how it works:

After you have received confirmation of an appointment for online service support from our company, your on-site machine operator establishes a virtual link with our service technician. This can be achieved using our Raziol head-mounted display (HMD) or another mobile device (mobile telephone, tablet). Online support is then provided directly from our parent company in Iserlohn through real-time streaming via an audio/video link.
