Film thickness measuring device

The film thickness measuring device is used for the application measurement of various lubricants such as oil, hotmelt or Drylub, within the context of quality control, as support for problems in manufacturing, for process optimisation, etc. The measuring device is suitable for a multitude of materials and surfaces (cold and hot coils, hot-dip galvanised or chromated material), and can record and ascertain application quantities within a range of approx. 0.1 to 5.0 g/m².

The equipment is characterised by its easy handling and operation. Measurements are performed with simple placement of the device onto the surface. Actuate the start button and select the surface to obtain a direct readout of the measuring results on the display. The data can be transferred and stored on a tablet PC as a backup.

The individual series of measurements are represented via integrated user software. Calibration is required for surfaces and oil classes only (oil / dry lubricant).
