Calender lubricator

The forming lubricant is applied to the coil material or blank oil mist-free by two PU rollers (application roller) which are supplied with oil via two metering pipes and two travelling rotating calender rollers.

The upper application roller is pressed against the material to be lubricated by a pneumatic cylinder with a stroke length of 10 mm. The calender roller lubricator is characterised by a compact, closed and very sturdy design.
