PBA blank lubricator system

Raziol blank lubricator systems apply forming lubricant oil mist-free to round plates and blanks via felt or brush rollers. The lubrication systems of the PBA series cover a lubrication range of 300 mm to 1000 mm.

They comprise a manoeuvrable substructure onto which a driven roller lubricator is mounted between 2 pivoting roller conveyors. The blanks are fed to the roller lubricator on these roller conveyors and, following the application of oil on the receiving side, are then repositioned in preparation for the forming process.
