DMS flow measurement systems

The Raziol flow measurement systems allow the online monitoring, control and recording of the consumption of forming lubricants applied to blanks, moulded parts, coils etc. Depending on the application, flow measurement systems with a resolution of 100 impulses per litre up to 25,000 impulses per litre are used.

Operation is self-sustaining or is integrated within a roller lubricator or spray system concept. All flow measurement systems are calibrated in correlation with the respective requirements of the customer, the desired measuring range and the chemical / physical properties before they are dispatched from the factory. Furthermore, Raziol provides yearly maintenance of the equipment and recalibration as required. Raziol flow measurement systems are also extremely advantageous within the context of your quality control.
