Manual control units
The dosing control units for contact lubrication consist of a plastic container or pressure tank with an oil distribution block.
The oil volume is set manually via two throttle valves. The shut-off valve on the oil distribution block is actuated either manually or electrically.
Depending on the configuration, the pressure tanks are equipped with a float switch for filling level monitoring.

The MST 05 manual control units are used in conjunction with Raziol roller lubricators. The MST manual control units consist of a 5-litre plastic container for storing the forming lubricant, as well as an oil distribution block for which actuation of the shut-off valve can be performed manually or electrically.

MST 0XXD (-SS) VBMV manual control unit with pressure tank
Depending on the configuration the manual control unit MST 0XXD (-SS) VBMV consits of a pressure tank with 2, 10, 25 or 40-litre capacity .
The oil volume is set manually via 2 throttle valves on the oil distribution block.
In some cases the pressure tanks are equipped with a float switch for filling level monitoring.

The MST-D VBMV manual control units consist of a pressure tank for storing the forming lubricant and an oil distribution block whose shut-off valve is actuated electrically. The oil volume is set via 2 throttle valves on the oil distribution block.
