Microdosing units

The MS 6, MS 12 and MS 18 microdosing systems are used for the high-precision supply of 6, 12 or 18 lubricating points, as well as for sector lubrication systems. Depending on the respective requirement, the microdosing systems are equipped with 6, 12 or 18 freely programmable outputs for forming lubricant, corresponding microdosing pumps (6, 12, 18) for connection to the lubricating points, as well as the ELS 4000 (MS 6) or EBAD 4000 (MS 12, MS 18) electronic control unit.

Set quantities are possible in the microlitre range and may be set individually for each lubricating point. Administering of minimal amounts (> 0.1 g/m²) is thus possible without any loss in quality. Each microdosing pump is actuated respective of machine cycle, with the option of reproducibility, in accordance with the parameters entered in the Raziol ELS 4000 or EBAD 4000 control unit.

Variants are available as individual components for self-assembly, as well as fully assembled units ready for connection in the mobile stand.
