Precision dosing control units

The Raziol precision dosing control units are used for high-precision dosing of forming oils (lubricants) in conjunction with Raziol roller lubricators, sector lubrication systems, tool lubrication systems, individual minimum lubricator nozzles, nozzle bars or spray systems for sectoral lubrication. 

They are suitable for use on both high-speed automatic stamping machines and on conventional presses, and provide an as yet unrivalled precision and comfort for your production. With the introduction of precision dosing pumps, the precision dosing control units are capable of administering extremely minimal amounts (<0.1 g/m²), whereby set quantities in the nanolitre range are possible for each lubricating point.

These units consist of a manually positioned housing which contains all of the necessary components. The consumption values for each stamp are measured and recorded in the SPS 4000 KWZ or EBAD 4000 control unit as verification for your customers. Each freely programmable output is actuated with utmost precision and reproduced, respective of bandwidth and machine cycle in accordance with the parameters entered in the control unit.
