Raziol CLF 1 series (evaporating)

The evaporating metalworking oils of the Raziol CLF 1 ... series for the non-cutting manufacture consist of special low-aromatic, volatile hydrocarbons with performance-enhancing additives. These additives have been exclusively selected and adapted to provide the oils with outstanding lubricating performance and pressure-absorbent capability.

These additives are selected and balanced to give the oils a particularly high lubricating and pressure absorption capability. That prolongs the service life of the tools and improves the surface finish of the produced workpieces. All Raziol CLF 1 … W products contain an additive for temporary corrosion protection for indoor storage.
The specified products evaporate, depending on the additive content, in a medium-term period, the additives remain on the surface of the workpiece.

The careful selection of low-aromatic base fluids in conjunction with heavy metal-free additives effects an improvement in the work environment. The flash point for the Raziol CLF 1… series has been set to ensure that none of the products from this range are subject to hazardous materials regulations, allowing them to be transported under simplified conditions. All products of the CLF 1 ... series are subject to the 31st Federal Emissions Control Act.
