Roller lubricator with roller diameter 32 mm
The roller lubricator types RB M, RB MS, RB M-Pr-SW and RB M-SW may be equipped with optional felt or Cellpor rollers which are supplied with lubricant internally. Rollers featuring a diameter of 32 mm are predominantly used in automatic stamping and bending machines, as well as in high-speed presses.
Lubricating rollers featuring a diameter of 32 mm are suitable for shorter feed distances (up to 100 mm), high stroke rates and minimal material thicknesses (< 1 mm), and may be used for a lubrication width of 400 mm without any problems. Surface contact of the rollers with the coil material prevents any generation of oil mist upon application of the forming lubricant during the feed process.
The surface contact between lubricating rollers and sheet metal surfaces can be effected as follows:
- Placement of top roller onto the material via springs
- Placement of top roller onto the material via pneumatic cylinders
- Placement of top and bottom roller onto the material via springs
Roller lubricator RB M
Placement of the lubricating rollers for roller lubricator RB M is realised via two tension springs. The contact between the low-wear felt rollers and the coil material allows an oil mist-free application of the forming lubricant. The lubricant supply comes from the inside via fixed hollow shafts.

Roller lubricator RB MS
The roller replacement kits for the RB MS roller lubricator are fixed spring-loaded onto the guides in the housing. The basic frame of the RB MS roller lubricator consists of a base plate with 4 guide columns and springs. The lubricating rollers can be replaced quickly and easily by loosening the 4 screws.

Roller lubricator RB M Pr SW
Placement of the top roller onto the coil material for the RB M Pr SW roller lubricator is realised via springs.
The roller lubricator consists of a basic frame and an oil pan, and is additionally equipped with coil guide rails to ensure that even extremely thin coils are loaded reliably into the tool and conveyed securely through the rollers.

Roller lubricator RB M-SW
The roller replacement kits for the RB M-SW roller lubricator are fixed spring-loaded onto the guides in the housing. Direct surface contact between the low-wear felt rollers and the coil material is realised via two pneumatic cylinders. The pneumatic cylinders press the top roller onto the coil material. The rollers are exchanged without any tools.
