Dosing control units for contact lubrication

The dosing control units for contact lubrication supply roller lubricators and sector lubrication systems with forming lubricant. Depending on the configuration, lubricant canisters or pressure tanks of various sizes are used.

The oil volume is set manually or automatically via throttles on oil distribution blocks. When using a control unit, the oil volume can be adjusted steplessly and according to the machine cycle.

Furthermore, a filling level monitor is possible in the pressure tank, as well as the control and separate dosing of up to eight roller lubricators or roller lubricator sectors.
