Electronic control units
The dosing control units for contact lubrication consist of the ELS 4000 electronic control unit, a pressure tank and a VBMV oil distribution block.
Depending on the configuration, a pressure tank with 2, 10, 25 or 40-litre capacity is used. In some cases the pressure tanks are equipped with a float switch for filling level monitoring.The oil volume can be variably set via the ELS 4000 electronic control unit.

The EST-0XX electronic control unit with ELS 4000 consists of the ELS 4000 electronic control unit, a 10-litre plastic container for storing the forming lubricant and an oil distribution block whose shut-off valve is actuated electrically.
The oil volume can be variably set via the ELS 4000 electronic control unit.
Switching behaviour of the valve on the oil distribution block is determined by a cycle counter switch, a configurable delay time and an adjustable pulse duration.
